Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are fine most days. For a larger table or if you're coming during service, a quick call with your head count and time works best. You can also leave your details on our reservations page.
How long's the wait for online orders?
We start cooking once your order lands, and steamed and fried dishes take different times. We'll give you a rough pickup time on the call, and you're welcome to sit at the counter if you arrive early.
Can I take food away?
Absolutely. We pack saucier dishes separately and keep steamed items on their own tray so nothing gets soggy on the journey home. We'll give you a quick tip on reheating when you collect.
Is there parking outside?
Street parking follows the signs for the day. Not sure? Give us a ring and the counter can tell you how parking's looking that particular time.
How do I mention dietary needs or allergies?
Tell us when you order and we'll swap things where we can. Some sauces and broths are made ahead of time, so we can't change those, but we'll be straight with you about it.
